The item that I received was broken.

The item that I received was broken one one side. I think this would be part of basic quality check and somehow this was skipped.Regarding delivery, it took a hell lot of time to even start the dispatch process.There is a lock that needs to be switched to fold the stairs. That is bit unintuitive.Other than the above glitches, both quality and engineering of the stairs seemed good. My assessment is that it would be comfortable with even 150kg load. The antislip pads are also decent quality.If it was not for broken piece, I would have gone for this item. If there were not the delay in delivery, I would have reordered this stairs.
