Bought bathla Advance carbon 5 s, march2023 for 4k (with some offer).good fit and finish, looks very good, sturdy...i didn't find any 'kir' 'kir' squeaking noise. delivery matches with product shown. they sent the latest manufactured item so i believe their stocks are good..sent by Fedex so the delivery was very safe and good...delivery was fast. i think they can cut some cost with cheaper delivery modes...difference between carbon and advance carbon is that in advance carbon the top step is blackish carbon coat to avoid scratches...i dont think makes any difference...top step height is 3.7 feet, 1 cm more than claimed..can reach easily 10 feet height so should be perfect for all normal houses...top hand hold bar is convenient to hold when you stand on top step...i was confused between 5 step and 6 step wondering whether 5 step is short...but after testing at my friends house found it is enough for normal houses and normal usage...10 feet n above reach is enough as usually ceiling is 9 feet in blr region...even if someone is 5 feet high, along with hands it becomes 6 feet plus 3.7=9.5 feet reach is still enough...light weight..i would say is costly...they should give some soft material to push the top step to fold, since is new, have to apply a lot of force by holding it through some cloth as the small edge is sharp for normal hands...only major negative is that must give metal hinge instead of fiber to make it last a lifetime...but i believe, fiber would easily last 10 years...lets see...if you want metal hinge, try Prime company ladder...writing a long review since i liked the product and bought it after a lot of research on height, and that not much info available online... also they deserve a good applause
